Services Offered

India Puja provides verified pandit services for Vedic rituals, astrology consultations, puja kits, and other religious services. The nature, scope, and availability of services may vary based on geography, festival season, and pandit availability.

Booking & Payments

• Users must provide accurate details while booking any service.
• Full or partial advance payment may be required for confirmation.
• Payment once made is non-refundable except in cases where India Puja fails to deliver the booked service due to internal issues.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.
• If a pandit is unable to attend, India Puja will arrange a replacement or offer a refund as per the situation.

• No refunds for cancellations made after the puja materials have been dispatched or delivered.

User Responsibilities

• Ensure correct information is provided at the time of booking.● Maintain decorum and respect towards pandits and staff.
• Arrange a clean space for rituals and required utilities like water, fire-safe environment, etc.

Pandit Conduct & Liability

• All pandits are independent service providers affiliated with India Puja.
• India Puja ensures reasonable background checks but is not liable for any misconduct or deviation from scriptural practices.

• In case of any grievances, users must report issues to our support team for resolution.

Intellectual Property

All content on the India Puja platform, including text, logos, images, and videos, is the property of India Puja and protected under applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

India Puja is not liable for:

• Delays caused due to natural calamities, strikes, or force majeure events.
• User dissatisfaction caused by regional or personal interpretations of rituals.
• Any direct or indirect loss arising out of misuse of the website or services.
